The corrosion-resistant pneumatic fluorine-lined butterfly valve is composed of a pneumatic actuator and a flange or a clamp-type fluorine-lined butterfly valve, and the butterfly valve seat and sealing surface are lined with fluorine plastics, which has the advantages of zero leakage, long life and super corrosion resistance and wear resistance. Pneumatic fluorine-lined butterfly valves are divided into full-lined fluorine-lined butterfly valves and semi-fluorine-lined butterfly valves according to different working conditions. The pneumatic fluorine-lined butterfly valve has tight sealing performance, and not only has the mechanical strength of ordinary butterfly valves, but also can give full play to the chemical characteristics of PTFE corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and has a higher cost performance than the butterfly valve with stainless steel body under general conventional conditions.

Pneumatic fluorine-lined butterfly valve applications

The pneumatic fluorine-lined butterfly valve is lined with a layer of thick fluoroplastic polymer material on the overflow parts (disc plate, valve body wall) that will be in contact with the medium, so it is also called the electric plastic-lined butterfly valve, which is suitable for the transportation of liquids and gases (including steam) in various industrial pipelines, especially the use occasions with serious corrosive, scouring and grinding media, such as: sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, strong alkali, aqua regia and other highly corrosive media, but not suitable for process media with particles and high temperature.
