The corrosion-resistant electric fluorine-lined butterfly valve is composed of an electric actuator and a flange or a clamp-type fluorine-lined butterfly valve, and the butterfly valve seat and sealing surface are lined with fluoroplastic, which has the advantages of zero leakage, long life and super corrosion resistance and wear resistance. The electric fluorine-lined butterfly valve selects different lining valve bodies according to different working conditions, which is divided into full-lined fluorine-lined butterfly valve and semi-fluorine-lined butterfly valve, and the control mode is on/off type and intelligent adjustment type. The electric fluorine-lined butterfly valve has tight sealing performance, and not only has the mechanical strength of ordinary butterfly valves, but also can give full play to the chemical characteristics of PTFE corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and has a higher cost performance than the butterfly valve with stainless steel body under general conventional conditions.

The electric fluorine-lined butterfly valve is lined with a thick layer of fluoroplastic polymer material on the overflow parts (disc plate, valve body wall) that will be in contact with the medium, so it is also called the electric plastic-lined butterfly valve, which is suitable for the transportation of liquids and gases (including steam) in various industrial pipelines, especially the use occasions with serious corrosive, scouring and grinding media, such as: sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, strong alkali, aqua regia and other highly corrosive media, but not suitable for particles and high temperature process media.
